    Tonight we are celebrating our winter bdays at Ormsby’s at 9pm!!
    Tomorrow we are meeting for a hungover run up stone mountain. Meet at the Flying Biscuit on Northside pkwy at 10am to carpool. We will be eating there after the run.
    Tuesday night- for the ladies: we will be going to lululemon in buckhead for a free 80s dance class they are having. wear your best 80s costume. Meet at the gym 6:15 or meet us there at 7. Be sure to arrive in your crossfit atlanta t-shirt.

    No protection needed. That is me that George is intently starring down. He is waiting for me to finish so he can conduct his normal harrassment ceremonies on me. It is his lucky day, because the other blurred out individual is another one of George’s favorites.

    That’s okay, RIEP, I had to look up how to spell “embarrassment.” I am perpetually confused by words that have multiple consonants. I finally memorized how to spell disappointment, and now my big problem is commitment. I’ll leave it to all of you to draw any inferences.

    Started today with one of the workouts from last year’s qualifier:
    5x [20 Double Unders, 10 Wall Balls, 1 Rope Climb]
    As Rx’d: 3:54.
    Waited 15-20 minutes and did the 1:00 interval rowing. Totaled about 3192 meters.
