Class Schedule/Gym Hours

Group Class Training
All classes are one hour.  Be at least 5 minutes early.

Weekday start times:
5:30, 6:30, 7:30 AM, Noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30 PM
(no 7:30 PM on Fridays)

Saturday start times:
9, 10, 11, & Noon

Sunday start times:
10, 11, Noon, and 6 PM

Fundamentals Course Appointments/Personal Training Appointments
These are 1 hour sessions and are are scheduled by appointment with individual trainers.  Trainers are available for such appointments weekdays starting at any time between 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
