CrossFit ATL 2775 The "Filthy Fifty" strikes again.

Workout of the Day

"Michael"

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Post time to comments.

We will be closed Sat. & Sun to host the CrossFit Running
and Endurance Seminar.  Please visit one of the nearby CrossFit
affiliates if you get the jones for CrossFit this weekend.

    It was 4:30 slower than last time I did it but still fealt great to be back at the old gym!
    Sara: 40:30….. had to have been a huge PR but she forgot to write it down the last time she did it, her last time in July was 51:00

    Thanks, David! I love this workout because it involves running and I can go fast. Give me something like DT and it takes me 45 minutes, no joke. The strength gains are slow-going, but coming along, and in the meantime, I am enjoying increased speed as well, and I presume as a result!
