    Jean! wanted to tell you how much you’ll be missed. hopefully someone (or many) can fill in for you as resident gym badass while you’re gone. It is fitting that today’s wod has burpees. Be safe and take care, and keep us updated on how you are doing, and whatever crazy workouts you come up with while you’re over there

    Did this workout as rx’d yesterday in 14:37. It was my first time completing a workout at 95 lbs, so I was pretty happy about that. IN other news, the bruises on my quads are disgoosting, and getting grosser by the minute. Also, for those of you that haven’t tried it yet, I bought some of Kulsoom’s nut butter and the stuff is amazing. What an indulgence! Thank you, KBA!!!

    I will second that. KBA’s nut butter (that’s just awesome to say outloud) is fantastic. I bought almond and cinnamon – It’s hard to stop eating. In fact, it’s snack time and I’m going to go eat some.
