30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

This week's multi-gym throwdown for the Open Qualifying WOD #3 will be at CF North Atlanta Saturday, noon to 2 PM.  Be there if you want to workout in a competitive environment.  Throwdown for WOD #4 will be at CF ATL on Saturday April 17.
