20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 108 pound kettlebell
30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 135 pounds
120 foot Sled pull, sled plus 165 pounds (We will sub a prowler push)

    SATURDAY CLASS UPDATES: Next Saturday, 8/20, we are hosting a Gymnastics Clinic from 9-11am. If you need work on your gymnastics skillz (and who doesn’t) SIGN UP! Regular classes will also be held, and we will be doing a super special LP surprise OUTSIDE 🙂
