Notice: We are closed most normal hours this weekend while hosting a CrossFit Coach's Prep Course.  We will have 7 AM classes on Sat. & Sun., as well as the 6 PM class Sun.  CrossFit Atlanta Games at Tanyard Creek Park at 10 AM under direction of JHo, and CF Kids workout, also at Tanyard Creek at 8 AM & 8:30 AM

Rest/Recovery/Skills Day

During or after warm-up
Hip capsule stretch against the wall 3 min each hip
Super Couch Stretch 5 min each leg, see video below.
Test/Retest with air squat 

Skill Workout:
30 High Hang Squat Clean.  Start with stick or empty bar.  The dip/drive phase should be absolutely straight up and down as in push press, no leaning or dipping forward.
