Workout of the Day
Before Class or In Warm up:
From support position on p-bars swing back and forth with absolutely straight body. Demo video. Swing a little or a lot as long as you can stay straight. 1 minute.
In 20 minutes, work up to a heavy front squat double
For time, 15-12-9:
Double Russian KB swing 1.5pd (one in each hand)
KB thruster 1.5pd (one in each hand)
