Labor Day Weekend Hours:
Sat: Kids at 9 AM. Regular Class at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM & Yoga at 1 PM.
Sun: 10 AM, 11 AM & 6 PM
Mon: 10 AM & 11 AM 

Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
5 Forward Rolls
Handstand for time, as long as possible, 2 min max 

Strength:
In 20 min work up to heavy set of 3 Clean and Jerk.
Drop and regrip after each rep.

Conditioning:
For time:

50 double unders
5 Clean and Jerks (205/135)
50 pull ups
5 Clean and Jerks (205/135) 
50 double unders
