    I just posted yesterday that we need to do Kelly more. This might be my fault. Doesn’t that always happen that we have casual conversations something like “we haven’t done _______________ work out in a while” and it is the WOD the very next day?

    It’s a rest day, so this came from Dan, not from HQ…so, it’s not really that creepy.
    I am curious as to whether I could actually complete all 5 rounds now, but I am not sure I am curious enough to try it on a rest day. I have a strange feeling we are all going to get Murph’d soon, so I am guarding my rest days carefully.

    Anyone else read this article on running? Maybe I’m behind when it comes to running philosophy, but I found it informative.
    So the weirdos who wear the foot-shaped-leather-strappy-shoes have the right idea, huh? Hmmm, maybe I should go to a running clinic after all…

    No, but that girl in the pink, who does yoga, was the least phased by the workout. Must be the breathing techniques that they teach.
