Workout of the Day

10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups

Russ Greene 359 reps (20lb vest). Josh Everett 357 reps. Post reps to comments.

The CrossFit Games Georgia Sectional is coming up Feb. 27, 28 at Stone Mountain. Get involved as a competitor, spectator, or volunteer.

    First time ever working out in the morning, it was awesome meeting some new people and seeing some faces that I don’t frequently get to see.
    WOD:
    15 dead lifts 225#
    50 pull ups
    12 dl
    40 pu
    9 dl
    30 pu
    6 dl
    20 pu
    3 dl
    10 pu
    That workout is all pull ups, which really makes it suck for me. My goal was under 15 min and I got 14:54 Rx, so I was pleased.

    I received our first “buy in” from Ryan Johnson. I encourage everyone to start taking their metrics/pictures and writing up their goals. They are due on February 13 by midnight. The workout we will be using is now posted on the forum!
    Also, details for the run up Stone Mtn. this Saturday have changed. We are now meeting at the gym at noon to go. Be there!

    also! crossfit atlanta has 2 teams registered for the team event at sectionals Feb 27-28 at stone mtn. We need anywhere from 4-6 men and 4-6 females to participate. It is going to be a fun weekend with prizes for best outfits and team spirit. This is for all skill levels so don’t worry. I’ll have sign ups on the board at the gym tonight.     Working out in the morning is weird. I’ve started going at 6am out here in San Diego, and I keep falling asleep at like 10 at night. I feel like I have the bedtime of an eight year old.
