    made up yesterdays wod tday, took me forever, 40:48, im cool with it though, bc i did it RX, and i think the weight of the kettlebell slowed me down…………………..yay ladies nite!!!!

    In August 2008 the Marine CORPS has introduced the Combat Fitness Test, CFT for short. In November 2009 the CFT will be officially implemented for all Marines. See if anything looks familiar. And if you don’t have time to listen to the explanations, make sure to see the credits.

    Ladies: My friend’s flight was bit delayed taking off so I may be a few minutes late, but we will be there as soon as possible.
    Also, today I pr’d on shoulder press at 32k, moved up to 35k on push press and 36k on push jerk, but then had to drop down to 31k to do the last two sets of 5, as I was fried and my form was suffering. I was trying to stay at my heaviest weight on the previous exercise and go up from there. Yesterday’s workout with a 16k kb took me 33:35.

    Yesterday as Rx’d: 28:45 or something like that. Pretty miserable workout. Good job Marie, you certain kicked my butt.

    Today I did a workout I’ve been anticipating all week:
    Kelly: 23:12 Rx
    I was shooting for Ken’s time, but my wall balls are no match for his. Still pretty happy with this time though. Combine that with yesterday’s workout and I am fried. I’m looking forward to the complete meltdown my abs are going to have from all those GHD’s and KTE’s yesterday. The second day is always the worst.

    I am glad about the SP pr, its been a while since I have gotten over 32. and of course the PP and PJ due to mental block issues.
