Finally made it out of my driveway and got to work today (Thursday) — got out too late to make it to the gym. Did one of the Iceland qualifiers at home: AMRAP 12 minutes of (5 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 15 KB swings, 20 double unders). 5 rounds + 2 pull-ups.
I hope to make it in tomorrow. I’m going through serious gym withdrawal. The kind of withdrawal that makes you box jump onto a conference room table, yell “30 inches, b*tches! In penny loafers!”, and then bust out a couple of burpees. Co-workers are starting to whisper. Yeah, I’ll definitely make it to the gym tomorrow. I’m pretty sure the HR director would drive me over here herself.
