Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
Total 2 minutes in squat stretch
Strength:
In 15 minutes ork up to a heavy 2 rep Front Squat 

Conditioning:
4 rounds of
250m Row, all out sprint
10 front squats (135/95#)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.  Post time for each round.
