    Did yesterday’s WOD Rx 22:09….. i realize now how hard it is to push yourself when you aren’t at Crossfit. Doing burpees at LA Fitness is hilarious, the staring is the best part.

    My ass is sore, my knees look like I have floor sex rug burns and I have had to much coffee today. Who the frick is making up this WOD’s we did yesterday? On a good note I feel good and am ready to drink some beer tonight….
