    Yesterday:
    Power clean: 130kg PR
Snatch grip push press: 10×2 at 55% of snatch (55kg), 45 sec rest in between each set.
Sled pulls: Pulled it about 6 times…largest load was 250lbs. Tripped on the strap on my last one…hit the ground pretty hard…bounced right up and counted it as my first burpee. All I could hear while I was completing my 10 burpees was Whitney laughing…awesome!

    OH Press 3×5 @ 70Kg
Pullups 3×10 <--- Shoulder Recovery Then today's WOD: 6:18 If you look at Bethanie's picture and change your focus so it looks like she is standing on the ground she looks like a giant. Hilarious!

How far are you dragging the sled?
Be honest, you were hoping no one saw the fall weren’t you? 🙂

We only dragged it 100ft. Next time I’ll do 200ft.
Of course, I was hoping no one saw. Unfortunately, there was about 4 people crowded around me as I hit the pavement.

I heard about possibly the greatest workout ever, it’s called The Viking:
-Row 2000M as fast as possible (rowing to their village)
-Hit a tire with a sledge hammer for 2 minutes (smashing people)
-Drag a tire 200m (dragging bodies)
This sounds like lots of fun but probably needs a little tweaking.

I’ve heard of one that ends with a 1 mile run with the sledge hammer.

This is probably a question I should have asked, oh back in May when I started all this mess, but when we write 10×2… is the first number sets or reps? In other words, does that mean 10 sets of 2 reps or 2 sets of 10 reps? I’m a little slow 🙂

Unfortunately not everyone does it the same way. It seems that most people do sets x reps. So a 10 x 2 is 10 sets of 2 reps.

    Mike G,
Can you give an idea of when the sectional WOD’s will be released?
Some sectionals are already releasing them, not that you guys should follow their lead.
    Just asking!!

Maybe there are multiple sledge hammer stations (a tire and some weights) andyou have an empty barbell. You carry your bar on your shoulders from station to station (maybe do a few cleans/bear complexes in between) and after each successful sledge hammering you add on a few plates (carry around your booty).
