Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

    Did thrusters yesterday, ended at 75k…. i’m not going to use the excuse that i can’t drop weights at LA Fitness for the low numbers…. i think i’ve exhausted that one.
    Ran 2 miles on the treadmill around 16:25

    BTW, I’m eating Trader Joe’s dry rubbed bacon. Uncured no nitrates or nitrites. Not sure if it’s paleo, but this is without a doubt the best bacon I’ve ever eaten in my life.

    So a few deep thoughts. First, I am going to call Animal Control on Buster the Wonder Dog. Or I will just have Roy shoot it as an escaped convict on the run with a kettle bell attached too it..
    Second, thanks to Marie and Jason for helping me not kill myself yesterday. It was kinda of cool when I tried to kiss Marie 3 times as she set me up for my ring dips…Trust my a rubber band does not support 240 pounds of pure TNT while getting set for ring dips…
    I think it should be mandatory to have a coach watching us (those not pro’s with Olympic lifts) on each lift…Seeing as how I was trained wrong for 30 years it is a huge help to have Jason and Marie watching over my like a helpless child lost in the wilderness…
    In closing I will be taking today off due to my muscles just getting to damn big and huge…I will be recovering with Texas Margaritas this afternoon wondering what the little people are doing…

    Did Diane this morning…as RX’d 2:26. That is 2 seconds slower than my PR. That makes me want to punch someone in the face.

    Feeling a bit better today…just have a bunch of stuff stuck in my chest. Maybe if I do nicole the running will loosen it up for me to cough up all over the pull up bars…just like last time.

    I am getting closer to a muscle up. Did a dead hang pull up the other day and can do unassisted ring dips. I am setting a goal for myself to get it by the end of February. There, I said it. Now it’s real. In other news, my arms are so sore, it hurts to put hand lotion on. It puts the lotion in the basket….6/25 today. That’s not very many pullups, but it sure was fun to see that little Rx by my name on the board.

    40-30-20-20-22-1, total 133. Miss-timed my last round… I was 10 seconds from knocking Mike and Ken down a notch on the record board.

    6 rounds with a total of 78. I am pleased but my lungs are not.
    Since Stowe doesn’t post I will post that she did 95 pull ups on Nicole today. Pretty fantastic.

    Bethanie, that’s Awesome!!! Yes, Elizabeth Rocked it tonight. Had a bout with Pukie the clown after I got home tonight. Felt the need to post that. Didn’t do to well with Nicole 5/68 + 400m. Thanks again to you and Chandler for your help with my form last night.

    5 rounds 14/8/8/8/9 total = 47 (I forgot to write this down and I might have gotten one of the 8s wrong)
    I was able to avoid speed walking in the 5 rounds of 400m and tried to at least maintain a slow jog.
    There were a lot of good scores. I admire those that can run with speed and do many consecutive pull ups.

    this isn’t a typical “Bill” post…so humble, honest, and kind!!! 😉
    Nobody laughs at anyone Bill…that’s what makes CrossFit so awesome. Keep working those pull ups and you’ll be kicking my ass in no time. Of course, if I had 150 more lbs on me I’m sure pull ups would be my difficulty too!!
    (I’m just assuming you’re bigger than me…not that I know this or anything…)

    Thanks Amber! You kicked my ass the other day on the sit-up, hip extension wod!! We need to workout together again soon! Hope the move went well sorry I couldn’t make it.
