Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Post your choice of girls and rounds completed to comments.

    Skipping. I had enough driving adventures this morning getting from the Emory area to downtown. Just got home and am planning to stay in tonight.

    In light of weather I think we should push it to next week. (can you tell I am in insurance?) I don’t want to add liability to us or the gym for people getting in accidents on the slick roads after going to a gym/bar event. what do you all think? I have not had anyone respond to the post on FB, and only Steve and Heidi on the blog. Momo is home resting with illness.
