In Warm-up:
10 Snatch Balance with stick or empty bar

Strength:
In 10 minutes, work up to a heavy 3 rep bench press

Conditioning:
240m prowler push 180lbs (6x40m)
Rest 3 minutes
75 wall balls
5 rope climbs
25 ttb
5 rope climbs
