Repeat from yesterday, but if you’re around tomorrow and want to come hang out at the Liberty Park pool (around the corner from the gym), my roomie and I are having some people over. We plan to be at the pool by 1 and will be hanging out there all day. We may move the fiesta to the house later, just depending how things shake out 🙂 We’ll have some beverages and snacks, but feel free to bring some of your own (just NO GLASS please) in case we run out!
My address is on the “event” board at the gym, but call or text if you need directions or anything! 314.440.0403. The pool is at the end of the 1st street on the right once you get into the neighborhood.
    Hope to see you then!
PS inner thigh rope burns look awesome with a bathing suit… thanks, KG 😛

For the 2nd time in a month Fran destroyed me. 46 sec PR so I’m happy about that. Thanks for sharing the pain with me yesterday, Krista! Great job, btw.

Haven’t heard from Jason but Travis took silver overall. He snatched 137 for bronze, missed 141 for silver. 180 clean and jerk for gold, missed 191 for the overall win.

hey girlie- We may stop by a little later on Saturday to say happy 4th . I got your cell I will text you beforehand to see where you all end up . PS I LOVE FRAN … totally killed myself today but shaved 90 seconds off my time for 5:57!

Forty-six seconds is a serious PR! I haven’t been able to shave more than 5 seconds off of successive Frans in many moons.
I don’t know how people keep pace up during that lousy middle round.

I WISH I could say that I “loved” Fran… I love to hate her 🙂
Holy [email protected]*t, Danya… 90 seconds?!? That’s freakin awesome!!!! Way to go!
