I see there is a level 1 cert at CFATL in September that hasn’t filled yet. I’m thinking about taking it, but I don’t have an interest in training people — this would just be for my own education. Since many of the people reading this blog have already gotten the cert, I’d like to hear from folks about whether the content/cert is valuable for someone who isn’t going to be training others?

For those of us who are not on facebook, could someone elaborate on what’s going on at CF Perimeter? Thanks!

That picture should be titled, “Double under elation.”
I dont know why, it just feels right.
    Also, the video is incredible.
The CF perimeter is lacking information.
It just says that the shred sesh is as follows:
    back alley brawl WOD
    3 rounds for time
    10 pullups
    …10 burpees with broad jump
    15 SDLHP (95,75)
    200 meter run
25 double unders or 125 jump ropes
100 meter sand bag carry (70,35)
*minor changes possible on comp day

I know how to reply to posts now. Sweet!
More importantly, I think we should all agree that this deadlift video is incredibly awesome. I don’t care so much about the actual deadlifts, but I plan to copy everything else. Better bring some extra chalk.
