CrossFit ATL 0606 Dr. Chris

We will be closed this weekend while hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification seminar.  Meet up at Lovett track at 10 AM Sat. for track workout.  It will be followed by a float trip down the 'Hooch, so bring your river gear.  Tomorrow evening at 7 PM we will host a cookout for the seminar attendees.  You are welcome to come and meet star trainers like Mike G., Chuck, & Jenni.  Beer provided, bring your own food & meat for grill.

Workout of the Day

Part A.  Three rounds for time of:
30 Push-ups, release hands from floor at the bottom
12' Rope Climb
95 pound Overhead squat, 21 reps
12' Rope climb
Seven minute time cap. Score time of completion or reps completed within the cap.

Rest 30 seconds.

Part B. Three rounds for time of:
30 Toes to bar
95 pound Ground to overhead, 21 reps
Seven minute time cap. Score time of completion or reps completed within the cap.

Note:  This is adapted from the final 2010 CrossFit Games workout.  Part C has been eliminated, and rope climb substituted for wall climb in Part A.
