Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Hip mobility
10 pistols with each leg
(scale with pistols on box)

Strength:
In 15mins work up to heavy back squat triple

Conditioning:
21 HSPU
18 Back Squats 225lb
200m run
15 HSPU
12 Back squats
150m run
9 HSPU
6 Back squats
