Position at top of 2nd pull

Workout of the Day

Strength:

In 20min, work up to a heavy Clean and jerk

Conditioning:

Start with 25 burpees

Then do 3 rounds of:

30 wallballs

10 hang pwr cleans 185lbs

Finish with 25 burpees
