Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 stagger stance forward rolls (scale with medium height or low)
3×3 presses to headstand (through tripod, freestanding)

Strength:
In 15 min work up to a heavy back squat triple

Conditioning:
1 min AMRAP: pull ups
Rest 1 min
2 min AMRAP: wallballs 20/14
Rest 2 mins
3 min AMRAP: burpees
Rest 3 mins
4 min AMRAP: 7 wallballs to 12 feet & 7 burpee pull ups
