Closed this weekend while hosting CrossFit L1 Trainer Course

Workout of the Day

Group Warm up:10 full kb swings (soft elbows, shoulder up in ears at top)
5 single-arm eye-level kb swings with each arm (soft elbow, shoulder back and down at top)
10 kb snatches with each arm (shoulder up in ears at top)
3 x 3 press to headstand through tripod – no falling, demonstrate control
3 x 3 lateral box step ups (pistol practice – pick a high box), each leg

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy Overhead Squat single

Conditioning:
5 rounds:
"Rowing Nancy" 
400m row
15 OHS (95/65)
