In Warm-up:

Tripod to Handstand progressions

Strength:

10min EMOM 2 rep deadlift at no more than 70%

Conditioning:

200m run (50m down and back course)
20 burpee box jumps
15 deadlifts 275lbs
150m run   
15 burpee pull ups
10 deadlifts
100m run
10 bar muscle ups
5 deadlifts
