Made up Diane yesterday, as Rx’d 12:19
Jason and Vas counted my weights to prevent any mathematical errors.

Chris found the new gym? Does this mean we have to move again?
I did dead’s earlier in the week. The lifts I remember:
    365 375 405 435 455 475
Last night I did 5 sets of 10 nautilus bench press, one set of standing bicep curls (alternating 10 on each side) and one set of concentration curls. Seriously. It was fun.

    So, this morning I did…
Lift 7000 pounds from ground to overhead
    Total time 8:27
I lifted 75 pounds a total of 94 times. The first 75 reps were power snatches…So that gave me a “Randy” time of 6:13. The last 19 reps were mostly clean and push press.
I have no skin left on my fingers. And major road rash on my right leg. It’s nasty.

Day before yesterday: 3.6 mi run
Yesterday: “Annie”, 15:36. About 5 minutes slower than my PR as I tried to do consecutive double-unders instead of hop-hop-JUMP double-unders. Still have a lot of work to do there on technique…
    Today: rest day
    Tomorrow: Summerfest 5K road race

Arm curls done while sitting, with elbow braced against the inside of your thigh. If that’s too much muscle isolation, it can be made more multi-joint by doing any of the following with the other arm:
    1. Pointing at yourself in the mirror
    2. Pushing the your hair out of your eyes
    3. Spotting the other arm

Squatting below the knee is bad for you? It isn’t natural? Tell that to this one.

    I’m new to Crossfit (2nd week) and really enjoyed the dead-lifts today. 198, 243, 265, 265, 308, 308, 330lbs. I think it is pretty respectable.
