Before Class or In Warm up:
3×3 presses to headstand from through tripod, freestanding

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy Front Squat single

Conditioning:
5 rounds
5 Thrusters (155#/105#)
15 toes to bar
3 minute rest between rounds
