    I’m up for vortex afterwards…LaLa, we can carpool from our hood, if you like…
    This morning I made up Grace with 35 kilos. 6:16, and I think I could have gone heavier, which is saying a lot, since that’s only 8 kilos short of my max clean. Then I rowed 1000 meters for good measure because I hate it. Tomorrow I may run the 5k I missed at a track in town, or, depending on how much I am dreading the WOD, I might head to CFRX, if anyone’s interested. I will probably try for the 12:00 time-slot.

    I’m sure most crossfits in the area will have people doing it. I have heard of a group at CrossFit North Atlanta, specifically.

    It’s sad that this guy’s testament to the efficacy of CrossFit partially resides in his new-found abilities to be hit on by homosexual men and to intimidate others of smaller size.
