135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.
The CrossFit Atlanta Running Clinic
will begin next Wednesday, May 13 from 6-8 PM. The Clinic will consist
of two 2 hour sessions a week apart, and will repeat every 2 weeks
until further notice. Free to members, $50 to non-members.
