Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
Hollow Rocks 

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy step up on a 20” box using a barbell on your back.  Alternate legs.  One step each leg=1 rep.

Conditioning:
3 rounds
20 Chest to bar pullups
10 HSPU
10 155# Hang Squat clean

rest 5-10 minutes

EMOM for 5 minutes
15 GHD Sit-ups
