Before Class or In Warm up:
Walk forward and backwards in support the length of the p-bars 

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy single deadlift

Conditioning:
5 rounds:

5 muscle ups
5 Deadlifts 345/230 #, 
5 Thrusters 155/105 #
2 minute rest between rounds
