Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

We will be closed this weekend while hosting the CrossFit Endurance Seminar.  But we are having a party Saturday night, starting at 6 PM.

    Here are directions to the after Halloween party tomorrow night. I will try to remember to post these again tomorrow.

    From CrossFit ATL: Take a right outside the gate onto Chattahoochee. Take your first right at Marietta Blvd. Then go about half a mile and take another right onto Bolton Road. There are flags and a sign for Liberty Park. Almost immediately take a left into the neighborhood. Press 413# at the gate. That will call me. Go through the gate and go all the way down to 1397. Park in the first free spot you see. Parking is very limited. My townhome is about a mile from the gym max.
    My cell # is 404 641-8327. For those that don’t know me my name is Ryan Johnson. My roommate is Jonathan Horowitz. You might know him as the CrossFit man-whore. If you haven’t hooked up with him yet, you’re next!

    14 rounds even. Did 2 less snatches per round for the first five rounds, realized my mistake and corrected by doing +2 on the next five. Did the last two rounds in 1:30, discovering a super secret technique that involves breaking every rule of Snatching. Eager to try this again.
