We all know the CrossFit Cool Down: lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat, but what do current researchers say about cooling down after exercise?  Cooling down after a workout, do we need it?  (Full article requires registration with NYT)

    5 rounds
    30 back ext
    20 kte
    10 pushups

    kte are the worst everything else isnt so bad

    18:55 and I loved every last breathless minute of it. AHHHH, to run free, unburdened by heavy weight…what’s better than that, really?! In all seriousness, I needed a little boost after days of humiliation at the hands of 95 lb (INSERT NAME OF O-LIFTING MOVEMENT HERE).
    Really looking forward to tonight. Bring whatever you want to drink and a side dish around 7. George and Doni rematch part trois.

    i may be in total 12 year old boy territory here, but everytime i hear someone refer to a squat snatch it makes me giggle… EXCEPT for during last night’s WOD. at that point i just wanted to beat the crap out of the next person that told me to do 5 more!
    great workout though, guys! keep them coming…
