    Hey Everyone! Looking forward to the seeing the fight tonight! Please be at the gym by 6:15, as we will be rolling out around 6:30 in an attempt to make it there on time.     today’s WOD
    almost as RX
    I started with 36kg but in the 1st round after 13 thrusters dropped down to 35kg. I felt that even if I could eek out 2 more reps per set, that I could get done faster because its less total sets broken up which means less break times and less power cleans to get the bar back up. And I knew this was going to be long since I saw other people’s times. Hence I stayed with 35kg (which was good for me since I was tempted to reduce that amount by more)
    Rope climbs were also very tough.
    Thanks Amber for waiting for me to finish this, though I totally was ready to stop because I was already wanting to puke in the middle round.

    Kulsoom, you are one fine tuned instrument. I don’t know anyone else that can feel the difference between 36kg and 35kg on a thruster.

    Yes, I am fine tuned. hah
    anything that involves an overhead lift, that is almost always the bottle neck in my workouts. it could also have been a brain thing.
