Workout of the Day


Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

These are squat not power snatches.

I meant to post this earlier.  Morning session times starting Monday will be 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30

    AAL team captains hosting at CFATL Monday night:
    Please email me, so I can get a rough idea for how packed the gym will be. The WOD for that day will be:
    5 rounds for time of:
    6 HSPU
    12 CTB Pull-ups
    24 35# Walking lunges
    Which can be done entirely inside and without barbells, so I don’t think we’ll have any conflicts for gear. I anticipate the AAL teams outside the whole time (lift next to the building, run to the fence and back), but keep in mind it will be DARK and our building lights don’t seem to work (or I just don’t know how to operate them). We got around this last week with car headlights, so you may want to park strategically when you get in.
