I’ve got four tickets that I can’t use for the Great Georgia Air Show in Peachtree City this weekend. If you would like them, they’re yours. It’s guaranteed to be the experience of a lifetime, as there will be sights like this around every corner:
But seriously, it’s going to be awesome. I wish I could go, but I have to be in Chattanooga on Saturday and Sunday. These passes are good for both days, and if you’re interested, let me know and I’ll leave them up at the gym for you.

for all you paleo folks. Harry’s farmers market (whole foods) in marietta has a sautee station on fridays and saturdays that is great. maybe other whole foods has this as well. I get about half of my protein for the week on one of these bad boys. all kinds of veggies too. i would love some ideas from anyone who knows of some good healthy restaurants. thanks

Check out Terra Grille if you’re ever in Brookhaven. I ate there the other night and got the filet mignon with sauteed spinach and a side salad. Primo. The only thing that isn’t paleo is their balsamic vinaigrette dressing, which you can swap out for EVOO.
