I was in college in Williamsburg, VA. Being so close to dozens of military installations and right next to Camp Peary (supposedly the CIAs training facility, otherwise known as “The Farm”) added an extra level of fear and tension. I remember seeing fighter planes and military helicopters flying over campus for the next few days. It’s common for anybody living in Norfolk or Virginia Beach, but eerie and almost terrifying when you aren’t expecting it.

Saw pukie and said, “Long time no see,” and then he punched me in the gut and left.

I finally PR’ed after a very long time. Hopefully I will keep improving and get over the fear issues to get to my potential.

Basically by myself, I drifted through this one. It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t terrible. It just was.

Tomorrow is my last day in Atlanta and at CFA, and I don’t even want to think about how much I’ll miss everyone. Crossfit has been, hands down, the best part of my time here, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the sweat, and occasional blood, I have shared with all of you.
    Thank you.
