The gym is closed this weekend while hosting a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Trainer Course.  Sunday class as scheduled at 6 PM

    Oh no! Definitely not a good video for a newbie like me to watch…I was just starting to get confident with just going for the weight…now this will be running through my head every time I snatch 🙁
