Workout of the Day
Before Class or In Warm up:
5 handstand forward rolls (Rx) or any forward roll variation
3×3 frogstand to handstand press
Squat Snatch 50% of 1RM for 2 reps every other minute for 20 minutes. From the ground if form is correct, from the high hang if not.
