Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
2 x 10 pull ups on rings
2 x 10 push ups on rings (body hollow)

Strength:
Deadlift EMOM 3 deadlifts at 75% your 1RM for 10 minutes

Conditioning:
10 rounds
50 meter sprint
Rest 45 seconds between sprints
