7 Muscle-ups

unless you did it yesterday, if so do CrossFit Total

Women's Powerlifting Championships, Sheraton Downtown.  Fri 4-6 PM, Sat all day starting at 9 AM.

Rugby: National Club Champinship Game, San Francisco Golden Gate vs Life, Marietta, Life University field, 2 PM
