    Elizabeth Rx 95#
    22:00
I wonder if I could have had shorter breaks in between squat cleans (I take them when my legs get fatigued and my posture starts to lean forward), but I hate failed reps (of which I had a few).
Pr of 4:01 from 9/2/09 and PR of 20 seconds from 4/9/09

Made up Fran this morning. Such a love/hate relationship.
    6:02, which is a 3 and 1/2 min PR. Can’t complain. 😀

Yesterday was my first time completing Fran as rx’d. 10:40, which is a 7 minute PR over my last attempt, in which only the first 8 thrusters were rx’d before I failed, and then I had to drop the weight.
This afternoon I will make an attempt at Elizabeth as rx’d for the first time, with squat cleans and unassisted ring dips. I’m predicting it will take me 20 minutes, at least.
We are planning another event this Friday night. Details to come later in the week. We had a great time last week! Also, please keep in mind that the Halloween party will be November 7th at the gym, so mark your calendars!!!

Did 135# squat cleans a few weeks ago, but, on account of 133 reps of deadlifts yesterday, my hammies were wasted this morning.
    115# Elizabeth – 14:50
I realized afterward that I had blood all over the neck of my shirt from my raging collarbones getting in the way. Finding creative ways to bleed during a WOD is always a plus.

Made up Fran from Sunday, as prescribed. Time was 7:15. I think that I misread the clock, because I did the first round in 2:30 and I know I finished the final round in 1:15, so I can’t figure out why the middle round would have taken 3:30 to finish. But the analogue clock I was using seemed to have passed over seven minutes.
Either way, this is a huge PR compared to my last time of 8:30. I think I will do this again next week to see if I can duplicate the lower time of 6:15.

Elizabeth, 110# for the squat cleans, 26:30. Wasn’t feeling it today, when this came up in September did the same weight in 19ish minutes.
