Workout of the Day
Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps
4 Ring handstand push-ups
We are closed this weekend while hosting a CrossFit Level 1 trainer seminar. Workout will be at Lovett School track, meet at 10 AM. Followed by float trip down Hooch for those so inclined. Bring your own inner tube or raft, your own Coast Guard approved PFD, and your own beverage.
In a comment yesterday the subject of post workout nutrition was brought up. The CrossFit prescription is a 4:1 ratio of carb/protein (total 20g carb, 5g protein) within 30 minutes after completion of exercise. If you are counting grams or blocks, the post workout carb replacement does not count toward your daily total.
