    I’m pretty sure this is my first “break the blog,” and I’m excited about it! I just wanted to say I had so much fun yesterday with everyone who came out to paintball. I met new people, got a few bruises, and dominated the field with the Red Team! LaLa, you are the best, and thanks for setting it up.

    I just want to say thanks to whoever pegged a couple of shots right on the top of my shoulder. It looks horrible this morning and hurts to wear a shirt. I look like an abused child.

    Made up 30 muscle-ups today: 4:18.
    While I have no serious bruises, I had a blast yesterday. Let’s do that again ASAP.

    Do you all have power over there at CF ATL? Our house is in the neighborhood, and we have none. Just checking cuz it would be good to have a shower tomorrow morning…

    When I was there at 6:30, they still had power. I have power in homepark near GaTech.

    Thank you to all of the paint ball players! It was a blast and we will have to do it again as soon as we all heal. I’d also like to do a rafting/camping weekend at some point if there is sufficient interest (hint: that is your cue to let me know if you are interested)
    I did fried legs WOD today as my punishment for the fried liver weekend. I also learned during the WOD that I may have Turrets Syndrome.

    have you guys seen the pic of Heidi’s house? I am guessing that today Heidi’s WOD was pick up a tree off of your house and move it.
    Heidi, let me know if you need help with anything. I can chainsaw like a serial killer.

    I’m good for overnight camping so long as it’s in a national park, and not in some lame state park that has a 10pm curfew
