Workout of the Day

Strength:

One Front Squat EMOM for 15
minutes @ 80% 1RM

Conditioning:

Intervals:

20 165# Thruster
20 muscle ups

Athlete must work in intervals of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off
and work through thrusters first, followed by muscle ups.
