Workout of the Day

Drop Snatch practice. Start with light bar or stick. Work up as heavy as technque allows. Bar on shoulder, pick up feet and drop into OHS, no heaving the bar. Hold bottom of OHS for balance before rising.

5 Rounds
Single Dumbbell OHS 5 each hand, touch free hand to floor
30 Sit-ups
