Workout of the Day

Strength:
12 minute EMOM of 2 C&J’s
-start off at about 65% and try
to go up each minute.  If you fail, back
down to the last weight you hit and try to hit that weight for the remainder of
the time.

Conditioning:
4 rounds of:
250m row
5 hang cleans 225lbs (power if
you can)
10 pistols
Rest 1 minute between rounds
