    So I finally got my mail today! 🙂 I am now equipped with the following:
    1) jump-rope
    2) pull-up assistance bands
    3) AbMat
    4) rings 🙂 So I can be like Marshall by the time I get home and do at least one muscle-up! Congrats by the way!
    5) Parallettes
    6) and “The Stick” 😉
    I’m thinking of naming my “gym” Springer’s X-Fit fun in Kuwait. Currently I have one whole member…me. Miss you all! Kuwait is nice and HOT…especially at 5:00am! 🙂

    Hi Jean,
    Congrats on receiving your gym in a box! Let us know if you need us to send a recording of Bethanie’s voice to motivate you in that heat! Or, I can record my sweet cheerleader voice, but Momo says it’s not the best when crossfit is kicking your ass! We miss you here. Take care!
